We receive orders by e-mail, phone, fax, or in person during your visit at our outlet located at the Nursery.
Materials are booked on the first come first serve basis.
In case of considerable amounts of goods, please contact us beforehand to arrange the assortment, quantity and day of purchase; otherwise, the delivery time may extend considerably.
If the ordering party has not specified the "No substitutes" option, we reserve the right to substitute ordered plants with different ones of similar characteristics, each time informing the client.
Bills are settled in cash, by card or bank transfer made before receiving the goods.
Prices presented in the offer are retail net prices. For VAT payers buying plants based on VAT RR invoices, 7% VAT is added.
Our clients are entitled to cash discounts, depending on the value of purchase.
Upon client's request, we label plants (paid extra).
If the client requests so, we deliver goods to a specified address as per the rate of current costs of transport.
The offer does not include many species and varieties reproduced in small quantities.
We reserve the right to change prices during a season.

The minimum quantity of wholesale purchase is at least 500 pieces of plants in containers and not less than 20 pieces of each plant variety; this does not apply to large pieces and regular clients.
If the ordering party has not specified the "No substitutes" option, we reserve the right to substitute ordered plants with different ones of similar characteristics, each time informing the client.
Bills are settled in cash, by card or bank transfer made before receiving the goods. For regular clients who settle their payments on time, there is an option for prolonged payment dates.
Wholesale prices are solely for gardening warehouses and gardening stores.

Upon client's request, we deliver goods to a specified address as per the rate of current costs of transport. In case of using up the full load capacity of a truck or in case of regular cooperation, the transport is free.
